It took me some time to come to grips with losing my mother due to cancer.  As I write this with tears in my eyes I miss her but it was her that instilled the love of pretty accessories for women.  Looking through her jewelry collection, she had so many interesting pieces.  As I went through my old jewelry, I found a charm bracelet that she had given to me when I was I think in my early 20s. It's not like the charm bracelets you see at Pandora or the like but just a simple chain where you can add special charms for special moments in your life.

I carefully examined what I put there before I put it away for a few years.  I have something for when I graduated college, shoes (of course!), my children with their birthstones nestled in the bellies, a dog house for my golden retriever Sasha (who is 13 years old by the way and still kickin!), my home I purchased many years ago.  I will add many more but what I will look for is something to celebrate her.  Hmmm...I may have to think about this one.  She was someone special.

Anyway, I created this online store to honor her. She was fly and beautiful so I try to keep up.
